We encourage and support good data practice & all visitors are reminded that they are responsible for the protection of their own personal data.

Please be aware that any information that is left unprotected in the Public Folders of the Lighthouse Project network can be accessed by other people.

We seek to minimise this, however if you do not want this to happen then you must protect your data by:

• Deleting your files after use, including any downloads 
• Adding password protection to your files
• Saving your files on a memory stick
• Saving your files in your email account or in other online storage
• Asking a member of the team to move your files to another non-public folder
