Food is Mood – coming to the Lighthouse Project in January 2026.
Our friend Chef Noel Goulding, of the Veterans Food Company, is returning to the Lighthouse Project in the new year running the Food is Mood cooking sessions, an introduction into all things catering and cooking.
Starting: Thursday 8th January 2026
10am – 12 noon with lunch afterwards.
Food is Mood is an 8 session cooking course combining cooking, food hygiene, and potential work experience, along with a good dose of fun and team building in the kitchen.
The simple aim of the course is to help people who are currently out of work and looking to gain experience and find a route into catering or hospitality. If this is you, then this will be a good place to start your journey in a supportive environment.
