Walking group 1st birthday

Our Best Foot Forwards walking group celebrates its first birthday today and to mark the occasion we are having a celebration walk and party food afterwards and everyone is invited to attend, come along at 12 noon today and join us for a local walk followed by a celebration party.

Over the last year the group has been out walking every week, covered loads of miles, seen lots of sights, and helped lots of people make new friends.

It is a great way to enjoy exercise and fresh air. The group leaves the Lighthouse Project at 12 noon

The walks are accessible to all whether you are a casual stroller or even just a beginner. It is a great chance to enjoy the fresh air and make some new friends.
