Staff from ‘The Works’ support families with donation of ‘back to school’ essentials
We would like to say a massive thank you to Alison who is the manager, and Michelle the assistant manager of ‘The Works’ based on the ground floor of Middleton Shopping Centre where the Lighthouse Project is based 
They had heard of the great work that our Pantry project has been doing in supporting local families struggling with affording food and regular household costs, so in doing their bit to help they have been collecting items of stationery to donate to the Lighthouse Project Pantry so that the children of our Pantry members will have some of what they need when they return to school 
Their amazing donation of stationery will go into the Pantry so that parents and children can choose their own back to school equipment
Thank you to Alison, Michelle, and the rest of your team, we appreciate all you do for us and our community. It is the regular acts of kindness and generosity that make such a difference. Thank you all so much
