Personal friend and local business man Andy Roberts of Pennine Telecom step in to help us with our broadband problem by providing a mobile network enabled router that has allowed us to get the Lighthouse Project connected to the internet.
Having a good internet connection is one of our essential services and one of the key ways we support people by teaching them basic online and computer skills and providing them with free internet access so they can do job searching or other daily online activities.
When our existing broadband suppliers Plusnet and Virgin Media Business let us down badly during our move by telling us they couldn’t organises our internet connection in time for our opening on Monday 13th June, despite a month’s advance notice, Pennine Telecom have stepped into the gap and have saved the day so we can offer internet services in time – Thanks Andy!
If you want to find out more about the services Pennine Telecom can offer visit their website, I can definitely recommend them as a good company to do business with. They are very friendly and keen to support their customers. They recently celebrated turning 40, see this link.
