It's a Goal are now taking referrals for the next 'Its A Goal' course based at Rochdale Football Club which will be starting on Tuesday 29th October, 1-3pm.
'Its A Goal' is an 11 week self development programme for men suffering from depression, anxiety, low self confidence or those who would benefit from structured goal setting in an alternative, male friendly environment.
The course has been in place over 2 years and is showing fantastic results, improving wellbeing, raising aspirations and helping people back into education, employment or training.
