I like volunteering at the Lighthouse because…  it is a warm and welcoming environment and the people are nice. It encourages people to develop their skills and make new friends, and gain confidence. It helps you to gain experience for getting back into work. Tim Feenan

Having retired from work after 49 years as a professional person, I love the opportunity of training and encouraging people to develop their own skills using computer programs. Over the last few years many of the attendees have gone on to obtain new jobs with the confidence they have achieved. Two people have
