Model Railway Open Day – this Saturday 13th Oct

Heywood Model Railway Group who are based here at the Lighthouse Project are holding an open day on Saturday 13th October between 10am – 4pm, and you are invited to come along and have a look around the club facilities and layouts.

The club has a variety of model railway layouts of different sizes, gauges and styles, and these will be available on Saturday for you to have a look around and to have a go. The group is open to new members and you can come along and run your own rolling stock or help with building and maintaining layouts, creating new landscapes, models and backdrops.

The open day is free to attend but if you want to offer a donation to contribute to helping the club cover its running costs then these will be gratefully received.
