TEAM SUCCESS AT THE LIGHTHOUSE PROJECT
A group of delegates have just successfully completed a short, intensive Team Member programme which is about how to be an effective member of a team in any setting and in any organisation. The skills gained show you how you can quickly and easily fit into a team and be effective – just the sort of skills that employers are looking for!
This is definately NOT your typical ‘sit, listen and be bored’ type of programme at all!
The three day programme, delivered by RCT Training, uses ‘action learning’ – where delegates learn by completing team challenges and then reflecting on the activities to identify the skills used and to improve still further.
The delegates complete a learning log as they went along, and this is used at the end of the course to complete a short assignment which leads to the ILM level 2 Award in Effective Team Member Skills.
This is a nationally recognised qualification which says to any employer ‘I can work well in a team’.
Are you interested in doing the course yourself? The talk to Carl or Pam at Lighthouse Project, we are expecting to run more courses soon.
