In the new year and in conjunction with our regular Why Don’t You..? course we are hosting a free Team Member course here at the Lighthouse.
The course is being provided by RCT Training and will run for 18 hours spread over three days, and attendees will come away with a Level 2 award in Effective Team Member Skills. See attached flyer. TEAM MEMBER SKILLS FLYER – RCT Training at the Lighthouse January 2012
We see this Team Member course as complementing our own Why Don’t You..? employability course which starts its second cycle on Monday 19th December, and both together would give anyone who attends them a very good boost to their employability skills as they address many of the areas that employers consider as foundational for potential employees.
