Expert Patients Programme

The Expert Patient programme runs a range of 6/7 week courses aimed at supporting people who are experiencing long-term sickness or illness using practical strategies to take control over your own health and well-being.

Expert Patient - living with a long term condition - headerAre you living with a long-term health condition? Are you challenged by daily symptoms such as shortness of breath, tense muscles, fatigue, stress/anxiety, depression, pain, anger, fear for the future, or frustration?

Then the Expert Patient Programme is just for you.

If you have been diagnosed with a long-term condition, disability and/or reoccurring illness, are aged 18 or over and are registered with a GP within Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale or Littleborough and feel you would benefit from attending this free 6 week programme then please get in touch.
