Get online week is coming back! 17-23 October will see thousands of events taking place in communities all across the country, and right here in Middleton too.

The events are intended to show you how the internet can make life easier, cheaper, healthier and just plain more fun!

Lighthouse Project get online weekThe 2016 campaign is the tenth national Get Online Week, and in the last decade it’s helped almost 500,000 people discover the benefits of getting online, and you – or someone you know – could be the next!

Whether you’re looking for help making better use of the internet to find work or save money, or if you’d like support with getting a friend or family member online, there’ll be something for you.

The www.getonlineweek.com website will help you find an event near you, or you can call into the Lighthouse Project and find out what events we are doing for Get Online Week and beyond – we’re always on hand to help you build up your digital skills.
