This series of five session looks at some of the things that make us tick and help you to understand why you might be the way you are; why do we feel the way we do? What can we do to change? What type of thing can affect how we feel, and how we can feel better about ourselves?
Don’t worry, we don’t pry into your personal life or put you on the spot and ask any awkward questions, the course is run in group sessions where you will receive helpful information and guidance about each of the topics that will then help you to consider your own situation.
The sessions will cover each of the following topics:
1 – Introduction Feelings & Thoughts – Thur 3rd July
2 – I want to improve my Self-Esteem – Thur 10th July
3 – I want to feel more Confident – Thur 17th July
4 – I want to be more motivated – Thur 24th July
5 – I want to improve my Wellbeing – Thur 31st July
