our Feel more positive Sessions run on Thursday afternoons 1pm – 3pm.
This series of five session looks at some of the things that make us tick and help you to understand why you might be the way you are; why do we feel the way we do? What can we do to change? What type of thing can affect how we feel, and how we can feel better about ourselves?
Don’t worry, we don’t pry into your personal life or put you on the spot and ask any awkward questions, the course is run in group sessions where you will receive helpful information and guidance about each of the topics that will then help you to consider your own situation.
The sessions will cover each of the following topics:
1 – Introduction Feelings & Thoughts – Thur 8th May
2 – I want to improve my Self-Esteem – Thur 15th May
3 – I want to feel more Confident – Thur 29th May
4 – I want to be more motivated – Thur 5th June – tbc
5 – I want to improve my Wellbeing – Thur 12th June – tbc
