We are staring a new mini-series of Cook and Taste sessions with Michelle and Diane our local health trainers.
These sessions are running on Friday mornings 10am – 11:30am on 11th, 18th & 25th May, and 1st June 2012
These are drop-in sessions and free to attend, you will see a practical demonstration of how to cook healthy food and learn more about the benefits of healthy living.
