on FRIDAY 24th FEB – 10 -12.00

at THE LIGHTHOUSE PROJECT

• 40’s themed cooking demonstrations and recipes           
• Drop in for tea and coffee and a taste of the delicious recipes
• Health checks available (optional blood pressure, BMI, healthy lifestyle information)
• Chance to get online, learn how to use the internet and search for recipes and health information
